• Testing and optimisation - No chatbot is finished on launch day. I carry out exhaustive testing before go-live and support continuous optimisation based on real usage data.

• Training and knowledge transfer - I train internal teams so they can manage and evolve the solution independently. Because the goal is for you to rely as little as possible on external providers.
