Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across multiple countries and partner with international organizations in both the public and private sectors, covering B2B and B2C landscapes.
Grounded in an extensive digital marketing expertise, I have helped numerous companies in evolving their online ecosystem. I have witnessed firsthand how digital transformation shifted from a pure marketing initiative into a core driver of business growth.
From acquisition channel optimization and advanced data analytics, to deploying AI-powered conversational virtual agents, I have learned that every organization must scale its tech stack around real customer expectations.
In 2017, I stepped into the role of Product Owner at an insurance company, driving its digital transformation from within. This experience delivered a pragmatic, executive-level foundation on how to blend enterprise technology, Agile frameworks, and cross-functional teams in demanding environments.
